Describe yourself :

I'm passionate, dedicated and a hardworker of what I'm doing especially in swimming also in academics.

What side or character of yours that would most likely surprise others?

If they look at me parang nagdadalawang isip sila kasi seryoso yung mukha, but the truth is, I'm a friendly guy.

What age did you start swimming? What brought you to the sport of swimming?

I started swimming when I was 3, dahil malapit lang sa dagat yung bahay namin; and my father brought me in swimming because he wanted to pass his skills to us.

During your early years of swimming, have you ever thought that you will reach where you are now today as a swimmer? Why?

I never thought I will reach this place right now, kasi noon, yung kuya ko lang yung nakakasali sa mga international games at hindi ko inexpect na I'm the who will represent the country in the up coming 9th Asean Schools Games.

What do you think are the factors that make you a successful swimmer?

Discipline, comes with good attitude in training, dedication, hardworking, passionate, faithful, and love for what I'm doing. Yun yung mga factors na kailangan para maging successful sa swimming para sakin.

What is your most memorable experience as a swimmer?

For me is yung pinaka unang individual medal ko sa Palarong Pambansa. Yun yung memorable experience kasi ang hirap mag place sa Palaro dahil sa sobrang daming malalakas na swimmers from all over the country.

Apart from being a Summer Olympian, what is (are) your other goal(s) as a swimmer?

My goal is to represent the country in sea games or in Olympics hopefully.

Was there ever a time that you thought of quitting swim? Why?

Nung elemtary ako dahil nahumaling ako sa basketball and nag focus ako dun. Hindi ko na inisip ang swimming nun na time.

Who do you look up to as a swimmer? Why?

Si Joseph Schooling because he dreamt about competing in Olympics, and beat his idol Michael Phelps, and na achieve nya yung kanyang goal.

Any specific routines before and during the meet or before a swim? What are these?

Ang ginagawa ko lang before laro is stretch and listen ng music para di kabahan sa laro.

Please share some words of wisdom for swimmers who wish to be like you.

To those swimmer na naguumpisa lang, just be hardworking, at di mawawalan ng pag.asa. Be passionate of what you are doing, and have a good attitude all the time especially in training. Good luck and never for get to thank GOD when you reach in to the top.

Message to your supporters :

Thanks for the support especially sa family at kuya ko na coach ko ngayon. Thank you. To all my friends co swimmers and teammate, and to all who helped me. Parents in our team, thank you. Kung wala kayo, di ako makakarating kung saan ako ngayon. All of you are part of my success in swimming.
