Full results of the 2017 Brother Ceci Cup held at the De La Salle Zobel School Aquatic Center last January 28-29 are now up in the 2017 Philippine Swimming Rankings.
Most notable swimmers in the said meet are Bhay Maitland Newberry, Maurice Sacho Ilustre, Jay Campose Cabulit and Milcah Therese Mina.
Newberry and Ilustre clocked the most number of times that made it to the overall national rankings, with three each.
Junior PH Record holder, Newberry, makes an overall ranking appearance in the 100m Free, 50m Back, 100m Back events, with a new best time in 100m Free; while Ilustre in the 100m Free, 50m Fly and 100m Fly events.
Cabulit and Mina registered times in two events that breached the overall rankings’ qualifying times.
Cabulit in the 50m and 100m Breast, while Mina in the 50m Breast and 50m Fly, a new best time in 50m Fly event.
Joining them in the overall rankings are David Franco Dela Rosa in the 50m Back, Nicole Meah Pamintuan in 100m Free, Bela Louise Magtibay in 50m Breast, Andrea Pacheco in 50m Breast, and Maria Aresa Lipat in 50m Fly.
Meanwhile, Newberry clocked the most number of times that made it to the Junior Philippines National Rankings, making an appearance in five events, namely the 50m Free, 100m Free, 50m Back, 100m Back and 50m Fly. She is closely followed by Nicole Meah Pamintuan and Mervien Jules Mirandilla who made a junior ranking appearance in four events each.
Pamintuan in the 50m Free, 100m Free, 50m Back and 100m Back events; while Mirandilla in the 100m Free, 200m Free, 50m Fly and 100m Fly events.
Clocking times that made it to the 16-18 Age-Group Rankings are Maurice Sacho Ilustre, David Franco Dela Rosa, Nicole Meah Pamintuan, Milcah Therese Mina and Bela Louise Magtibay.
Swimmers who registered times that made it to the 14-15 Age Group Rankings are Sean Gabriel Cruz, Mervien Jules Mirandilla, John Paul Elises, Bhay Maitland Newberry, Samantha Therese Coronel, Raven Faith Alcoseba, Kara Angela Mendoza and Trisha Antiga Orit.
Making an apperance in the 13 & Under Age-Group rankings are Jaren Rylie Tan, Julian Carl de Borja, Joshua Gabriel Ang and Kirsten Robyn Tan.
