Full results of the 1st STASA Long Course Meet 2015 held at the Batangas City Sports Center – Coliseum in Batangas last last April 11, 2015 are now included in the 2015 Philippine Swimming Ranking.
Most notable swimmers in the said meet that made it to the Top 20 of the overall national rankings are Ellaine Mae Esmille, Arian Neil Puyo, Justine Anne Abastillas and Robin Luise Tolentino.
Fifteen year-old Ellaine Mae Esmille is the highest ranked swimmer, taking the 15th spot of the Women’s 200m Individual Medley Raking with her time of 2:43.13
The pride of San Pablo Mantas Swim Club also takes the 24th spot of the Womens’ 100m Butterfly Ranking; while at the same time taking the 5th place of the Girls 14-15 100m Fly and 200m IM Junior Rankings, and 7th place in the Girls 14-15 50m Free junior ranking.
Arian Neil Puyo of Batangas City Alpa Seals SC debuts on 16th place in the 200m Backstroke ranking after clocking 2:27.54; and also on 25th place in the 200m Individual Medley ranking (2:29.09)
Meanwhile, Justine Anne Abastillas and Robin Luise Tolentino rank 18th and 19th in the Women’s 200m Backstroke ranking.
Toelentino also ranks 21st in the 200m IM, while Abastillas takes the 24th spot.
Other swimmers who made it to the overall national rankings are Sophia Jascel Bulanhagui in 100m Fly and 200m IM; Bhay Maitland Newberry in 200m Back; Yerelle Sareno and Maria Hazel Soriano in 50m Breast ranking; and Djulia Patricia Brion and Joi Millevon Theriz Macatangay in 200m IM ranking.
Youth swimmers who made their presence felt in the Junior National Rankings are Jophet Suarez, Gian Karlo De Guzman, Joshua Miguel Zamora, Miggy Mendoza, Sophia Jascel Bulanhagui and Ellaine Mae Esmille.
Jophet Suarez is the top performing youth swimmer in our junior rankings, where he takes the top spot of the Boys 13 & Under 100m Fly ranking with his time of 1:09.24; and 2nd spot of the Boys 13 & Under 200m IM ranking (2:35.11). He also ranks 4th in the 200m Back junior ranking with his time of 2:38.95

– Ellaine Mae Smille – 5th in the Girls 14-15 100m Fly and 200m IM rankings

Other junior swimmers who made it to the junior rankings are Kenji Arquzon, Ron Jairus Villamor, Gabriel Azurin, Miguel Angelo Maghirang, Jericho Ramacho, Loumeryn Pecho, Djulia Patricia Brion, Joie Millevon Therize Macatangay, Thea Articona, Bhay Maitland Newberry, Leeya Beatriz Marbella, Beatriz Luzong, Yerelle Sareno, Maria Hazel Soriano, Maria Enjie Siso, Zaira Kai Abrugar, Lois Martha Ysabel Austria and Sophia Jascel Bulanhagui.
